From specialist chat to a library-ready Strategy Pack
By Sculptor team
A practical path from intake and domain specialists to Agentic execution—with artefacts saved as you go.

Founders rarely lack ideas. The hard part is turning scattered conversations into a coherent pack you can review, share, and execute against.
Sculptor combines two modes on purpose:
- Specialist chat — precision when you want to explore one domain (brand, market, legal structure, backlog, and dozens more).
- Agentic runs — speed when you want phases to advance in sequence, with outputs written into your project library.
Start with intent, not a blank page
Intake and journey context keep the coach aligned with where you are in the pack. Slash commands and the command palette surface the same discovery rules, so /brain and “Brainstorm” both resolve to the right specialist.
When context is thin, Agentic mode still moves forward with stated assumptions rather than blocking on questionnaires—suited to autonomous runs on org cloud workspaces.
Library-first outputs
Each meaningful phase can become a durable asset: markdown strategy documents, combined views, and exports that match what you see in the editor—not raw agent JSON in the reading surface.
That matters for teams: reviewers open one combined document, comment, and refine without re-running the whole pack.
What to try next
- Run a single specialist thread on your riskiest unknown (for example PMF or pricing).
- Start an Agentic Strategy Pack run when you want breadth, then return to chat to refine weak sections.
- Compare release notes on What's new with longer articles here when you need the “why,” not only the bullet list.
The blog will stay close to how teams actually use Sculptor—not generic AI hype.
